The Monet Medical Reconditioning Process
Monet Medical, Inc. takes great pride in our meticulous cosmetic and biomedical reconditioning processes. Each piece of moveable medical equipment is tagged and tracked by Serial Number, and is traceable through our reconditioning procedure. This ensures that every unit that leaves Monet Medical meets or exceed the Manufacturer’s’ specifications for functionality and calibration, and is ready to be backed up with our 1 year Parts and Labor warranty.
Our Biomedical reconditioning process consists of an initial inspection, repair or replacement of any broken parts or components, service and replacement of consumable items such as filters and batteries, full testing and calibration in accordance with OEM specifications, and a final Quality Control inspection to ensure that the unit is fully patient ready.
Our cosmetic reconditioning process consists of an initial inspection, thorough cleaning and disinfecting, repair, rework, or replacement of broken or missing parts and components, replacement of consumable items such as mattresses, pads, or batteries, resurfacing, painting, and refinishing, and a Final Quality Control inspection to ensure that all required processes have been successfully completed.
Each of these steps are completed by experienced, trained staff and supervisors, in order to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
