Centurion Direct Limited Warranty
Centurion Direct warrants that reconditioned equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and with appropriate maintenance. Warranty shall extend for a period of 12 months, from the date of shipment. Normal use and appropriate maintenance are defined, described and outlined by OEM. Defects in material and workmanship are defined as the functionality and mechanical operation of equipment to fulfill desired operations as declared within sales proposals, emails and other clearly written expressed content; cosmetic conditions that meets or exceeds necessary sanitary, safety and regulatory conditions.
If purchased product proves to be operationally defective upon receipt or while under warranty, purchaser may contact Centurion Direct to obtain an RMA number necessary for all returns and repairs. All returns must be authorized by Monet Medical, Inc., LLC and include; RMA number, copy of invoice, serial number and written clarification of issue. Costs associated with shipping, parts, and labor regarding the repairs or replacement of equipment/items under warranty will be incurred by Centurion Direct.
Allotted return time of repaired, reconditioned or recertified equipment is dependent upon cooperation of original purchaser, available parts and support from OEM. While under warranty an OEM or Centurion Direct repair technician may provide an on-site evaluation, repair or replacement necessary. Response time for onsite evaluations will occur after Centurion Direct authorization, purchaser authorization, confirmation and scheduled appointment. Response time to an on-site evaluation and repair will be done as quickly as is possible.
The liability of Centurion Direct, under this limited product warranty does not extend to any and all abuse, misuse, damage, or neglect of this product or its repair by anyone other than an authorized Centurion Direct representative.
